Very interesting. There are a few things to try to debunk (unbunk? disbunk?). Can’t zoom close enough to tell if there are a couple of cigarette butts on the sidewalk letting off a little puffage. Can’t tell if the wind’s blowing, creating little dust devils. What’s that on the left-hand side of the frame? Camera strap? We’ve got some color off the flash. Might there be something reflective on the sidewalk, chewing gum foil, cigarette wrapper foil? Shiny coins that might be reflecting (is there flecting and then reflecting?)the flash. Is is a digital camera creating something? Pixelation? Summertime down south brings out the bugs, something taking wing off the ground? What was the purpose of the shot? The tree, the lights in the background? Very pretty, but pretty enough for someone to stop and take a picture? Every time I see a “paranormal” photograph, I have to wonder why the camera was aimed at that particular spot at that particular moment. I’m not being suspicious, but I’ve spent thirty years unbunking all my own photographs until I only have one left out of hundreds duely disbunked that I can’t explain. Again, this is an interesting shot. If its what it might be…good catch!
