    That looks like a few strands of tangled hair hanging down in front of the lens.

    Without jumping to conclusions or disregarding the photographer, it appears to be a camera strap or even a thread(s) from perhaps a hat obstructing the photo. Or possibly hair.

    Unlikely to be a ghost.
    As I looked closer I saw that the people in the photo didn’t see anything, they were just sitting there. That just adds proof that it’s just hair or something like that. I also see you used a flash, that’s probably what made it look so transparent,… and blue. Just giving you my thoughts.
