Haunted Apartment?
When I was in my early 20s, I lived in a WWII era former military apartment. It was an interesting place – my first apartment.
Strange things happened there. The water turned itself on and off. Latched doors opened and closed.
And then there was night time. At night, as I was lying in bed, I would feel the bed depress next to me. I would feel the brush of breath across my cheek and my hair would flutter as someone whispered “I love you” in my ear.
Was the place haunted? No idea. Interesting place though.

I hate the word, “haunted.”
Toilets that flush themselves are usually not a sign of activity but, rather, a leaky valve. The same can be said for doors opening, as latches can be faulty, hinges can be crooked and there can be drafts. However, if you’re referring to sink faucets turning themselves on and off and doors that not only open but also close, that’s a different story.
Regardless of what your plumbing and fixtures were doing, the repeat experience in bed that you describe indicates to me that your former apartment had/has some sort of activity — unless it was a recurring dream and you weren’t as awake as you thought.
