I would occasionally watch this show when I could and thought it as a passing interest in UFO research. Though I thought the guy who is the editor for the UFO magazine (forgot his name) was a little 'out there.' I did notice (from the shows I saw) that they never really went out into the field and set up camera's to look for UFO but would look for evidence left over from past sightings. Or show a grainy video to a film expert to see what the lights were.

Now what interested me recently was the description of an episode. It was about sightings of a massive triangular UFO’s. I thought great, they are going to talk about the sightings in the Hudson Valley in the 1980's. And since I am from the area I thought I'd get some more information on it and see some area's I know.

Well I didn't. Not once in the whole episode did they mention the NY's sightings. Not even in passing. They talked about sightings in California (the major sightings they said), Phoenix, AZ and Texas.

This episode just confirmed what I had an inkling of that the show isn't really into doing any serious research or at least no accurate reporting. It seems that they like to stay close to their home base of CA. and want to make it seem that most of the 'real' UFO sightings only happen there.

And the Hudson Valley sightings were written about in a book called 'Night Siege' by Dr. J. Allen Hynek (no stranger to UFO research) Philip J. Imbrogno and Bob Pratt.

I'm not pushing the book but am only showing that the sightings here are/were major enough for a book and a over look by the show makes UFO Hunters seem like it doesn't do enough research. Or just presented selective research to suit their own needs for the show.

	Thoughts?
