Or ... it was asked to be 'dropped' and not for "ET" reasons ... but likely because it was a Top Secret Earth Based Ship and they didn't want people to start asking the "right questions" .... As long as "ET" stays in the equation and people keep looking 'there' - then all is well. But what do you think would happen if people started to ask a whole different set of questions that did NOT involve ET but Government - Manmade questions???

Steep odds, that. Only 5% of about 12,000 claims remained "mysterious."

Yea, I can see them closing it down, especially when the money may better be spent.
