A friend's home is being plagued by an entity called Jesix, or has been so revealed by a teenager using a Ouija board. Any thoughts, ideas on who this is and how to get rid of it? Thanks.

Are we sure that the name is Jesix? I can't find anything on that name at all, what kind of behavior is the entity demonstrating?

Now I'm not trying to be a smart **** or anything but something about demons and Ouija boards has always left me curious. If we believe that demons and angels were around long before humans, then they would be using a different language and a different alphabet. If this is true then how are they telling us their name through a Ouija board? They never took high school English so how do they know to spell their name in English? Or even spell it in any language using the modern alphabet?

They're Demons Ryan…I think that would make them capable of being able to do anything.
I'm not sure if I believe in Demons or not, but if they do exist in my mind they would
be capable of communicating in any language.

I always thought what about the entities that may of had dyslexia and what effect this would have on Ouija board spelling.

Are you sure its a demon? Assuming the name is correct could it not just be a spirit? Maybe a not so nice spirit but a spirit none-the-less? Just a thought. Ask the teen if it means anything. Teen in the house, teen gets the name, Poltergist maybe?

I was thinking the same thing, I did a lot of looking into names for demons and lesser demons, servants, etc…and couldn't find anything even close to Jesix, Yesix, Jesick, Chesix, Chesick…I tried several variations that would sound similar. I would believe it to be a spirit and depending on it's behavior, (since we actually have no word on it's actions) it could be a poltergeist..or just a really upset spirit. Who knows.

No Jesix demon, I even did jewish folklore, full of demons and used hebrew and yiddish. This became a project. /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

But, Ediaz is saying entity. Wouldn't an entity be more like a spirit ot a ghost?
I guess I've always needed a map on this, and not sure how demons fit into the entity/ spirit/ghost area.
I've sort of thought spirit, entity, and ghost were considered to be one in the same.
Demons, totally seperate due to evil and any possible power.
So, hmm what's an entity?

I've always considered an entity to be the term used when one is unsure of what one is dealing with. I did the same I looked into various religions demonology lists/grimoires and could find nothing…even used my limited arabic and farsi to see if I could conjure up anything in the islamic demonology side of things.

Thanks, everyone, for taking the time and energy to look into this and responding. No, you are correct, I don't think that this is a demon. I think its a nasty spirit that's attached itself to this teenager and is taking advantage. I had thought to throw this out to the wider community and see if anyone's heard of Jesix as an older demon. I didn't really know what we were/are dealing with and knew that someone on the forum would respond if it was something old and bad. My only impression was that this was a 'meanie' and I didn't know how mean. I guess my next line of research will be census records. There's got to be a key to getting rid of this git.

Just looking at how to get rid of a mean-spirited ghost … have a cleansing ritual maybe and also make it known that the spirit is not welcome in the house and must leave the teenager alone.
If it's something darker, as in demon, I've heard that the above can also work but getting rid of it can be much tougher to do.
Jesix … found this in reference to financial funds and a first name, but that's about it.

She said that she's gone to about every place in the house that is accessible, except there is an area of the attic that she can't get to. She said that she's going to try this before she calls in people who are more experienced (than I am) in getting rid of these meanies. I told her to bless the house and do white light too. If you know how to close the door and how to keep certain entities out, using a Ouija board can actually do no harm. There are a few blessings I know that involve salt, holy water, and rosemary. Anything with those ingredients are usually very effective and cleansing.

It sounds like you are really helping your friend out, and aside from what you've advised, I can't think of anything more.
I was wondering if the entity might be a relative, friend, etc., and that is why it doesn't want to leave, but you said it was negative so I think that pretty much rules that out.

Actually, I'm guessing that its someone who was connected to the land somehow. I was doing a random white light thing and going through my house and others when I saw her house in my head and went through it with the white light when I 'saw' a black figure that was outlined in a box of neon green, blue and white, walk out of the box. I thought 'uh oh' and said the first thing that popped into my head which was 'go back to the woods where you belong'. I talked to my friend after that and asked her if she'd seen anything funky going on in the house and she said that she'd seen black shapes just out the perimeter of her sight the past few weeks. I told her that she should do the blessing again. She's done it a few times since then and the its come back each time. I think its time for something stronger, but its she who needs to make that decision.
