I cant really say myself because of this one child. But for what I have read tho..it seems as if they can. But then I think about it and I dont know if its because of their age because as we all know it seems a lot of children can see more then adults can..or if its because of their autistic characteristics.

About the Spirit being reasonable..we dont know why he quit. My friend seems to think its because of the prayer and left. My daughter seems to think it was because he just wanted someone ..an adult to know he was there and the only way how he could do that was to show himself to the child not meaning to scare her ..so he got what he wanted so he quit. Me I was wondering if he just got steamed out..used his energy up or something like that , or as you said maybe he was being reasonable. ????? He didnt sound threatening at all..in fact he sounded so sad /Mournful. It made your heart heavy upon hearing him. You got the feeling that he didnt mean to scare the child.

Not a good writer either. I hope I am putting this in the right place. This happened a few years ago. I quit doing investigations but was still helping other teams with their findings..recordings/evp, pictures..ect... But I had a close friend who lived down the street from me who I knew was having a problem with her child..her child is autistic and at the time was 7 years old I do believe. The problem was the poor child was scared of her room ..at night she used to scream and tell her mother that there was a scary man that stood in the door way and his head looked funny. But my friend never seen a man or anything. Then later on in time she noticed that things in the house used to go weird as she put it..the VCR / DVD player would turn on and off and so would the TV..and the lights. Things would just happen that would up set her child to no end. One night I was in my house..it was late and I was working on a teams recording when my friend came to my house all upset...she had enough..she said that she was sick and tired of her child being scared to death in her own home and asked me to find out what was goin on in her home.. Of course I couldnt say no..So I told her to send her little girl to her mothers for the night and we would find out what was goin on. So once her daughter was safely out of the house..I started to investigate...it was only myself my friend and her husband. I normally had others to help me with this..but decided to do this one on my own. Just went in armed with a dig cam and dig recorder Just the basics to basically find out what was going on. I was only going to find out what was in there if anything ..and if I could find out want it wanted if I could. And If I couldnt handle it I could get her some help. So went in and investigated..and we captured 2 evps..but nothing in any pictures. After listening to the evps found out it was a male spirit....he said "Help me" and "Freedom" . Upon hearing that ..I did go back into the house and talked to the spirit out loud and told him that he is free..that as far as we know which isnt much tho..that there is nothing keeping him here..that he can go when ever he wants..that if he cant for some reason unknown to us..to please not scare the little girl anymore. That he is terrifying her...making her cry. That we are sorry , that we are not being mean to him. Its just that the poor little girl didnt do anything to him so why scare her? That all we can do for him is pray..and thats what we did. I told my friend that if she had anything else happen to tell me and I would get a team that knows more then I there to help her out. I went home . My friend said that after that nothing else happened ..not a thing. Her little girl never seen him again...at least we dont think she has because she never brought him up again or screamed again at night because she was scared or scared of her room. And actually thats the last investigation I ever did too. I think I know what she meant by what she said about his head being funny. I didnt tell my friend this , didnt want to freak her out. But my grandfather knew of a man that used to live in her house that used to be a police officer back in the 50s , and he committed suicide by the way of a gun to the head. But I believe he said he shot himself in the basement tho..but it really doesnt matter does it?..it was still in the house . I think that is who she was seeing.
