Hello Nightwatcher - I'd use whatever you have to hand to try and record something. If paranormal phenomena exists I'd like to think that 'its' not that precious about what sort of media it's captured upon.

Creepy footage of some sort of mass attacking a woman in bed.

I watched the video and it reminded me of something getting into my bed within minutes after I went to bed. This went on for about two years. It gave me the willies when my mattress would bounce around as if a person was getting into bed next to me. I was told that it was the spirit of a little girl that took a liking to me. The spirit didn't touch me but still it made me very uncomfortable.

Looking at the video, it appears that a cat spirit was trying to jump up onto the bed. Other than a voice activated micro-cassette recorder, I do not own a camera that could be used to take photos or movies of any spirits in my home. If the camera set up in that bedroom shows what appears to be the spirit of a cat, why would the camera not show what caused the impacts on the bed? Perhaps the spirit wanted to be invisible to the camera? I don't watch those ghost hunter shows on television so I am not all that familiar with all of the gadgets and cameras that ghost hunters use. Some time when I have time to spare, I will read up on the gadgets that ghost hunters use.

I have still have my old Sony reel to reel tape recorder from the 1960s. I am not sure if I could buy new tapes for it. I wouldn't trust an older tape to record over. My small micro-cassette recorder would be useless to pick up a sharp noise but it would pick up some words spoken in length due to the voice activated feature. Some time ago, I would set it up in my bedroom when I went to run errands and I asked to spirits to leave a message. I do recall a whisper that sounded very familiar in tone as shown in the video about that bed. When I got home, I saw the counter on my micro-cassette had advanced. I played it back and heard the whisper "Now you know" if I remember correctly.

I am getting old but before I kick the bucket, I am thinking of getting some gadgets to try to find out more about the spirits that reside in my home. I do have a small television next to my desktop and I do have a wireless security camera that has night vision capability. The camera would transmit what it sees to my television screen. If I do see anything other than my cat, I would try to record it to a video cassette tape or DVD if that was possible.
