The deletion was pure B.S.

We did have third-party sources and met the "notable" criteria. Also, there are paranormal magazines still on Wiki that are no different than Paranormal Underground. Politics I say!

Also, we had other Wiki pages linking to our page, including pages for the various Ghost Adventures Crew Members.

At one point before our permanent deletion from Wiki, there was a junior admin on Wiki who kept trying to recommend us for deletion unfairly, so much so that a senior admin from Wiki admonished him in the discussion area. Alas, the *** somehow won out in the end.

The kid that was assigned as the article's editor was a total a-pipe. He was about 17 or 18 and very self-important. When I went to his page he had warning after warning about being so arbitrary in his deletions. Seems like some kid on a power trip. I knew as soon as I read the other work he'd done on other pages that we didn't stand a chance.

Y'know what else? One of our third party sources was the Travel Channel, who also linked to us in their Wikipedia page for a podcast we did with Zak Bagans. Wikipedia is pretty much politics, as far as I can tell.

Oh, and don't forget that we linked to our coverage on About.com, a very notable Website.

Yeah, and include how Ryan is always LAST.

Our first problem is that Ryan is saying he is ALWAYS last and that is misleading. Ryan you are SOMETIMES last, silly!

People can be such wankers sometimes.

With all the politics seems to be not worth the aggravation.

That guy that donated millions a few weeks ago to wiki, wonder if he knows exactly what he donated to.

Yeah – it was a bit frustrating but what can you do? If we're not notable according to some 17 year-old acne prone dictator wannabe, then we're not notable.

/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I like that

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:

(1) eat less,

(2) don’t ask for money all the time,

(3) are easier to train,

(4) normally come when called,

(5) never ask to drive the car,

(6) don’t smoke or drink,

(7) don’t want to wear your clothes,

(8) don’t have to buy the latest fashions,

(9) don’t need a gazillion dollars for college and

(10) if they get pregnant, you can sell their children ..

According to that, anything that's not video game or Star Wars oriented isn't notable! /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I agree with the general sentiment….screw 'em!

Imagine there's no heaven, it's easy if you try.

When this occurs, dissent becomes an object of surprise, if not resentment.

If a bear takes a c r a p in the forest and there is no one there to smell it…

Does it smell?

I'm not always right but I'm never wrong.

The above are my opinions.

I'm thinking that the hiker coming along later and stepping in it is going to say yes.

Nah, Whammies is just stating the obvious. Even if the shite don't smell, it can still make a mess of a good hiking boot! All in fun here!
