Did anyone watch The Exorcist Files last night on Discovery?

I liked this show.

I would have watched it if I had known about it. Is it going to be a series?

Oh well darn. I don't see it listed again next week in the Discovery schedule!

I just happened upon it last night. Didn't know it was going to be on …

Missed it. Didn't even know about it. Hopefully, they'll schedule it again in the next couple of weeks. I'll keep an eye out for it.

I finally got to watch this online and I really liked it.

I never knew that the Catholic church teaches that human spirits are souls in purgatory, working things out. That actually makes sense and it makes me feel better. I hate the thought that they are just trapped, so I hope there really is a point to it all.

I never heard about this show even though I do watch the Discovery Channel at times. I am a non-practicing Catholic and I think that purgatory is not a physical place but a state of being. Why don't other religions mention purgatory? It could be that purgatory is another chance in life. Reincarnation is often mentioned in religion. Could it be that one is "born again" in human form or even animal form to atone for sins in a previous life? Here is some more information on purgatory. http://www.newadvent…then/12575a.htm It appears to me that a group of theologians came up with the concept of purgatory centuries ago. So why are entities in my home? Good question. If purgatory really does exist then my theory is that it is a state of being and not a physical place. I believe that entities come and go in my home.

I believe that entities come and go in my house, too. Which takes me back to the eternal questions: why are they here and where do they go when they aren't here.
