My only stance on this whole debacle is that "It is what it is." (and I personally HATE that little platitude!)

People want to meet people who represent something spectactular to them. They schedule vacation time, buy tickets spending money they can't REALLY afford, the gig gets "postponed", their money is floating in cyberspace or Brent's pocket…

Disappointing, certainly. Budget-raping, absolutely. Life lesson, OF COURSE! It is shameful for this man not to have all this mess straightened out, and EVERY ticketholder refunded. They should have an extra line on the ticket saying "Buyer Beware"

It is a shame that things like this happen, however, they do happen all the time. Sometimes as Gallagher says "Our Heroes let us down! I hate it when my heroes let me down!"

We have posted the entire TAPSCon saga in our blog. This includes all of HSPR's videos, as well as TAPS and Brent Fair's responses to the whole situation. We're awaiting response from the Bellevue Biltmore. Hopefully they'll get back to us.

It is a shame that people can be doped like this in this day and age. Look at those Nigerian email scams and most people know they are scams in every bit. I guess when it comes to something a person loves and endears that they are blinded by the Stars. A lot of people think Jason and Grant are the snizz right now and are willing to spend hard earned money on this kind of stuff.

Granted I have to say that if they came to my neck of the woods I might be tempted to go and see what I could get in trouble for but I'm not laying down a lot of money to do it.
