Back on topic…..

I just read that they are only allowing 3 hours for an investigation. There's a very, very, tiny possibility of anyone capturing anything paranormal in that time frame. There's even a heck of a lot less of a possibility of capturing paranormal activity, specifically an EVP with such an uncontrolled environment. That many people investigating a smaller location in three hours??? It's bound to be a mad house, and impossible to really impossible to do a serious, thorough investigation. Definitely NOT worth the $200 on top of the room charge. The room charge itself is average for what we normally pay when we travel, but if what I hear about it needing some serious updates and not being very clean, it's not worth the price. At least for the $150-$300 a night places we stay, it's pretty darn shiny clean with some great modern amenities!

Well duh, Becky, don't you know the ghosts at the Spalding Inn go to bed at a certain time. Its common knowledge you can't get paranormal activity when the ghosts are sleeping. I heard that Jason has trained his ghosts at the Spalding to do whatever he wishes on command. I guess that means its an intelligent haunting?

(seriously, your right, only 3 hours to do an investigation? How many times have we heard J and G say that they spent 12+ hours, all nighters, conducting their investigations…..doesn't compute in my book)

If it's anything like the Myrtles, we investigated the grounds and our rooms even after everyone else went to bed. I imagine if you rent a room there you could walk around and investigate just as long as you don't disturb the other guests.

Don't forget you get a special holiday gift. Maybe a KII that has red, green, and white Christmas lights or a set of special flying coat hangers? /rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

"They insisted that the victim animals simply had died of dog bites from dogs or other animals. They suggested that disease might have been responsible for one animal's death. They denied that the victims had been exsanguinated, as many witnesses had claimed, and even suggested that the puncture wounds reported might be from barbed wire. Callers reminded them that some wounds were deep enough to reach into the victims' lungs, that the flesh was not torn as in dog bites, that signs of struggles were inexplicably missing, and that corpses did not decay normally, but their arguments were brushed aside. Also brushed aside were callers' attempts to bring extraterrestrials into the conversation.

When the recording ended. I rewound it and played it again and again. I still could not believe what I was hearing. The callers had the skeptics pinned against the ropes from the very first call." - Scott Corrales

I see this more as rubbing elbows, with para celebs, not an actual real investigation.

Well, much like the show, it shouldn't be advertised as a serious investigation then! You're probably right though, and some people will be desperate enough to pay for it.

DD – *lol* That's hilarious. Funny visual of the "new seasonal KII meter"!

Your right about how it's advertised. Serious, seems to mean different things to different people.

I've stuck with the traditional meaning in my life. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Then I think, well just look how anything in general is advertized.

Just so they never use that Geico stack of money. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

That would make a great impression. /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Unfortunately do to a scheduling conflict, Grant will not be able to attend. As the regional spokesman for Zebco fishing line, he has a motivational speaking engagement at the same time….

Must be a co-inky-dink!

I assume you were joking but couldn't resist.

Yes I was just being snarky…i have no proof that Zebco's ever heard of Grant OR Ghost Hunters ( /rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> yeah right).

I don't sing in public anymore since I had an elderly man turn to me during Midnight mass for christmas (no less) and ask me to STOP singing because GOD COULD HEAR ME. It's exactly that kind of tolerance, compassion and understanding that prompted me to stop going to church.

I heard the Spaulding Inn has hired the Ghosts from Hogwarts to sing carols.

Holy crap, I almost spit coffee onto the computer! That's hilarious. I love people that can't see their own hypocrisy. I don't go to church anymore either – but for difference reasons. Let's start our own church. What should it be called?

That's horrible, Monk. I can't believe the things people can say and do like that. That is so incredibly rude!!!!
