The last episode included a bit of mysterious footage of something passing a camera while a group was investigating near a cemetery. The clip was interesting and they did a decent job of trying to recreate the effect but failed to reproduce anything that was even somewhat close to the footage. Unless it was some type of camera editing or a spider web, as some people have suggested, it was an interesting clip open for opinions at least.

They should of left the cattle mutilation investigation alone. I assume the conclusion regarding the bloating of the carcass causing the skin to tear was for this specific case only but they just ignored the other factors and seemed to think they had the case solved. Anyone who has read about cattle mutilations knows of the cases where things just don't add up to it being natural predators causing these attacks. The lack of blood, the missing organs, the precision cuts, the mysterious helicopters, the strange lights, and the limited duration of the events. The show is worth watching but often seems somewhat hurried through but I am not going to post some rhetoric about how I have all the answers like some of the posters on SyFy do. /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

	.

I agree Andy. The Paulding light segment was interesting. They thought for sure they had that one debunked, especially Jael. She seemed a little cocky on the last episode about the El Cajon triangular light video. The apparatus they floated with balloons was pretty close to looking like it but it does not necessarily mean that what it was. The section about the "ghost" kids pushing the car over the railroad tracks was a waste. A lot of people knew that was caused by an optical illusion. I even said that before the even began the segment. I like the show in general, with stories like the Beast of Exmoor and the Paulding Light they got my attention.

That creature reminds me of something a friend of mine and I once saw driving the backroads near Muskogee. What we saw sort of materialized, and seemed vaporous, but it's general locomotive characteristics and build was similar. I found that segment to be very interesting. Thermal hits were cool as well.

I know I have mentioned this before, but the goofy effects do take away from the show. The addition of the rainbow "histogram" over the thermal footage to make it look more techy and official was just ridiculous. It is the same way that DT overdubs the sound of tube charging to it's thermal video, or the way they overdub the crackle of a geiger counter when using standard emf meters (that have no such audio ability like the k2 on Extreme Paranormal). I know why they do it, it is just annoying and I think takes away from the experience from those watchers that know a bit about the equipment. The average public probably won't notice and would think I am nitpicky. I usually am, lol.

I liked this one better also. The film from Fresno was indeed interesting. I have no idea what it could be. Seems if it was faked they would've used a being similar to what others have seen but those two were just so bizarre its add to the credibility.

With the number of UFO clips in the thousands, I assume they chose one they knew was likely staged so they could debunk something to add credence to their agenda. Overall it was a fairly interesting episode. One of the few shows I will watch on a regular basis.

I truly enjoyed Bill Murphy's segment. Bill carries that show, all the way. The rest are a weird mix of gen x'ers and millenials, all trying to fit the "edgy paranormal" stereotype. Having met Bill and talked with him at length, I truly think he will approach the show with honesty and bring his considerable experience to bear. If anyone bring's substance to that show, it's Bill. And what is the story on the ex-FBI guy? He is way to young to retire from the bureau I would think.

Episode one was about the infamous YouTube sensation that most on here I am sure have seen the so called "ghost car" and part 2 was about the Arizona lights. They spent 30 mins on recreating and analyzing the video of the chase and spoke to the officer. They ended up assuming the car went through the fence because it was not secure along the bottom. They spent too much time on this part and not enough on the Arizona lights.

It was only footage from one camera at one location. I was confused on whether this was separate from the "Phoenix Lights" which was witnessed by thousands and has tons of footage and witnesses galore. Overall I give it a C based on too much time on the "ghost car" and not enough on the "Arizona Lights". I like the premise of the show but was disappointed in the first episode.

I'm almost positive I've seen the show you're describing or one very similar. I remember both of these examinations.
