Haunted South Paranormal Research has been in contact with the Pinellas County Government Department of Justice & Consumer Services in relation to the canceled TAPSCon event.
The Department of Justice & Consumer Services is asking those individuals who did not get their money back to file their complaints ASAP so they can proceed with the case as soon as possible.
According to the Department of Justice & Consumer Services, victims should "call our main number at 727-464-6200 and request that a complaint form be mailed to them. They’ll need to fill out the form and return it along with any documentation that they have."
