OfflineWatching another episode of Haunting Evidence. Team consists of Patrick Burn, Paranormal Investigator – Carla Baron, Psychic Profiler, and John Oliver, Medium.
One thing that irks me about this show is that the team "gathers" their evidence and impressions and turns the conclusions over to Law Enforcement – BUT – we are never told if the clues are used or if they result in an arrest.
That is what I want to know. Did anything from these investigations actually result in solving the crimes? If so, then it would be a nice addition to the show to do follow-up pieces on these cases.
Just me, being the True Crime junkie that I am.

Hi Lillith! I love this show, but I have the same frustration as you … no update, no review of how (or if) they helped the investigation at all. Chad and I were just talking about this last night!
Although, the show has been canceled, which was very disappointing, so I don't think we'll get our answers.

Cancelled? Oh, no! I, too, love this show. Dang it all! I'll have to hop on Tru TV and express my disapointment.
Thanks MK!
Here's why:
We went to a small conference where Patrick was at. Had a candid conversation with him, as I had met him prior. I did a review on the pilot episode before it was even launched. I told him as well that it really bugged me that we don't find out what happens.
He said, "Because many of the cases are still open, cold, cases, they cannot reveal any information until there's an end." There was one episode where they did do a follow up; after an individual was arrested. But until there's an arrest / sentencing, it's open and bound by law.

Thanks Regan. I've been wondering this, also.
I liked the show but, was really bugged not knowing what happens.
Too bad the show is cancelled.

Patrick Burns is one of the many investigators who will be doing an indepth investigation of the hotel where I work on the Gettysburg battlefield in March.

I loved that show too! And, I always wished they would do a follow-up program on the cases they worked as well.
