Did anyone catch the last episode? The so called "Dashboard Chupacabra". Seems to me this was determined to be a cross between a wolf and coyote that was shown on Monsterquest. They were all proud like they made this discovery from DNA the lady who had the frozen carcass gave them. Not sure who deemed this animal a chupacabra because it is nothing like the creature described in Puerto Rico back in the late 90's, but thats another story. They dissected this video caught on a police cars dash cam from down in Texas a few years back which I am sure most of you all have seen. It is clearly some type of mutant coyote or doglike animal but they proceeded to film a miniature horse for comparison and I can't believe they actually contrasted the footage side by side, it was comical, you knew before hand it was not a horse, hello.

Then they used a breed of some type of hairless dog bred in the area, it was similar in skin texture and color but not in size or length of the muzzle. There was no need to film it, this was not the animal, you could tell by looking at the dog. What a waste of resources. The second clip was another no brainer, it was CG added to news footage and they flew all the way to Argentina to try to "recreate" the the effect. You would've just laughed at what they did to try recreate the image when it was obviously edited into the background. Now I am not going to go all SyFy newbie and call it the "dumbest show ever" but the videos they chose were really not good for the premise of the show. This show had some good clips this season but they need to limit all the comments about being spot on when what they recreate doesn't really look anything like the actual video, especially Jael and Chi Lan. /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

"They insisted that the victim animals simply had died of dog bites from dogs or other animals. They suggested that disease might have been responsible for one animal's death. They denied that the victims had been exsanguinated, as many witnesses had claimed, and even suggested that the puncture wounds reported might be from barbed wire. Callers reminded them that some wounds were deep enough to reach into the victims' lungs, that the flesh was not torn as in dog bites, that signs of struggles were inexplicably missing, and that corpses did not decay normally, but their arguments were brushed aside. Also brushed aside were callers' attempts to bring extraterrestrials into the conversation.

When the recording ended. I rewound it and played it again and again. I still could not believe what I was hearing. The callers had the skeptics pinned against the ropes from the very first call." - Scott Corrales

I lost all respect for that show when they denied the spider – even though you could see the body – the 8 legs and the web … they called it a … well … they argued with no small passion on a on-line Sy-Fy chat that it was not …

Plus a lot of the cases were already debunked by actual professionals and they went 180 degrees the other way and looked like well actor's pretending to be investigators.. Oh wait … that is what they are! /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

They do seem to waste a lot of time on silly things, don't they? The show started strong with the police car chasing the car that appeared to drive through the fence – they did an excellent job of debunking that video – but now they seem to have run out of steam. Personally, I think they do a better job with the paranormal segments than they do with the others, but that's just my opinion. Although they did waste a lot of time on the swing set when any idiot could see that the middle swing was wider than the other two.

I honestly can't understand why they choose the cases they do. There have to be more compelling things going on out there.

They probably choose things that are easy for them to debunk or CAN waste time on. The harder the incident to debunk then its harder for them to look good or at least look like they know what they are doing.

I'm not always right but I'm never wrong.

The above are my opinions.
