Please see Dreamsinger's announcement:

http://paranormal.darkrealmlab…..com/?p=837

I wish him well, and I personally would like to thank him for all of his efforts to constructively contribute to the paranormal field.

I wish him all the best.

When I first came to these paranormal forums, spent some time on Darkrealm labs reading.

I learned a lot.

Thank you Dream! You were always willing to answer my questions, and offer an explanation that I could understand on equipment used.

My thougths are with you on your journey ahead in life.

Thanks for sharing and your contribution, you will be missed.

Is this how it ends? The beginning of the end. This is the second paranormal website that closed this year. Is the fad starting to end? I know this isn't the case for Dream as which he posted why he is closing his sites but I wonder how many more will be closing down this year and what TV shows will not be returning.

Dream, thanks for everything. I always knew that if anyone could put the paranormal field into the scientific realm it was you.

I don't know. But, one day I searched for paranormal forums, I found hundreds. This is small in comparision.

What I did notice very few forums are looking for the truth and answers to the paranormal.

Well – clearly Dreamsinger's reasons are highly personal and individual to him. I think that in the current economic climate, some sites may close down because of the costs involved in running the site. It is understandable but sad.

As for shows being cancelled – I don't necessarily know that is a bad thing. There's been a lot of scholck coming out as people have tried to jump on the paranormal bandwagon. I personally have experienced a few people who have zero interest in the paranormal, but were only trying to get projects out because paranormal was "the next big thing." If shows featuring these type of people go by the wayside – good riddance to them. They aren't going to be quality content, anyway. Of course, I am speaking of neither Dreamsinger nor his sites as I say this.

If we wind up with the people who truly love the field and want to see it progress while weeding out those who are only here because paranormal is currently "cool" and potentially profitable (HA!), then I think it is a good thing.

I never was on the site but since everyones saying he was one of the few that seeks truth its sad to see him go. Especially for the reasons that were mentioned. Hopefully things will get better and he will be back.

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:

(1) eat less,

(2) don’t ask for money all the time,

(3) are easier to train,

(4) normally come when called,

(5) never ask to drive the car,

(6) don’t smoke or drink,

(7) don’t want to wear your clothes,

(8) don’t have to buy the latest fashions,

(9) don’t need a gazillion dollars for college and

(10) if they get pregnant, you can sell their children ..

I've known an announcement was coming all week,

so while it's not a surprise to me, I'm still sad to see

him have to leave. Especially since he's not leaving

because he wants to leave, but because he has to /sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Indeed, the analysis done on several controversial topics was very painstaking and above average with regard to valid argument. A real inspiration, I just wish he would leave it up in static form so that many down the road could benefit from those articles. Dreamsinger, you will indeed be missed, and I wish you the best of luck..

Dream just posted his farewell over at the other forum. That place is really going to go down now.

I agree Ryan.

I left awhile ago and only went back today to post my farewell to a great person.
