Did everyone catch the latest episode w/Gilbert the ghost? Some amazing turns in the last epi…wanna talk it up?

I watched some video a few weeks ago if anyone's interested, on bbca.

Prequel videos about the main characters Anna, John, and George.

After watching the first epi, I wondered about their pasts.

The second season is picked up, good.

I also noticed Annie's grave had 2007 on it.

Maybe they had a hard time selling the pilot?

I've heard these pilots take awhile, and a lot of them don't make to tv.

But, it's a gem.

I have to go home and watch the last episode. Monk if you do a youtube search, they have a bunch of video clips for the show. I haven't had time to sit down at my computer and watch them but maybe soon.

As far as Annie's death date goes. Maybe it was a year in production? I'm wondering if they're going to lay the plot out to have a definitive season end? When watching the commentary for Spaced, there was mention made of the fact that the BBC usually likes nice tidy finales, just in case the show is NOT brought back. In the case of Spaced, there was a 2 year gap between the end of season one and the beginning of season two. But the ending posed in season one tied up all the loose ends for the series and there was no noticeable lag in the intro to season two…fairly seamless all things being equal. As far as Being Human, since they only recently "inked a deal" i'm wondering if they're going to tie up most of the major story lines.

Is it wrong that I find that Lauren pscyho (Mitchell's unwanted protege)strangely alluring? Blood lust not withstanding.

Also, I've gotta say that the script is so cleverly written that I find myself chuckling quite a bit while watching. One of my favorite lines/interchanges from the latest episode was Mitchell and George watching Annie freaking out in the kitchen. Mitchell tries to warn George about entering the room and he attributes her behavior to hormones. George turns to him and says something to the effect of "listen, i'm going to get my steaks from the fridge, I'm not concerned that a ghost is ovulating." Also when discussing his condition w/Mitchell or Annie, George (the Werewolf) referring to his condition as "my time of the month" makes Monkette chuckle a little as well.

I don't think Lauren's pscyho. She's abandoned by Mitchell and thrown back and forth between Mitchell, William, and Seth.

At times I think she wants to be a normal nice person, feels alone and does not know how to deal with her urges. So, she just goes back and forth.

The actor who plays Mitchell is good looking, in a way I wish the character was just average looking. It's the type cast of vampires.

He seems to be a good friend to George and Annie and helps them with their problems. But, his own life is messed up. Mitchell's own kind, Lauren who seems lost there is not much empathy from him, and he's the cause. Something got to give here, in the next episodes.

George, lol He's my favorite character. George has a hard time saying he's a werewolf, even to Annie and Mitchell. I laugh at the "my time of the month" what, George said he's a Werewolf one time, I think? I found George quite humorous in general, the faces he makes.

Did you see the previews for next week? Looks like someone is getting more powers.

So, I will wait for him to die. Wonder how many episodes he has left? After what he did to Annie, he must be terminated. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Yup, I wondered about the story lines being tied up.

I have not checked to see how many epi's are in a season, think I'll look.

Gilbert was a little annoying, but it was funny how important his music was to him.

He just made me think of the Clash, his clothing style and all.

I guess he just need to love someone, and then he could go.

I liked the scene in the park with the branch, I felt for him. Stuck in limbo since the 80's must have been weird. I need to watch the short videos and see if it explains how Mitchell & George can see Annie but not anyone else.
