Did anyone else get this email from Chris Fleming? I am not one for gadgets but was wondering what do you think?

Dear Paranormal Retailer and Enthusiast,

Yes it is finally here and available for purchase!!!

It is my pleasure to offer you a new ITC product for ghost hunting and paranormal investigating, "the Spirit Box P-SB7".

The engineer behind P-SB7, Gary Galka, is also the brain behind the Mel-Meter. Having spiritually assisted and influenced the creation of this device, I am happy to say the P-SB7 (Paranormal-Spirit Box-7) is the first accessible and affordable device of its kind and was developed specifically for ITC research. I am sure you have heard of ITC- Instrumental Trans Communication and such devices as the "Franks Box", "Joe's Box", "Ghost Box", and the Radio Shack "hack box". Having used many of these devices myself, many of them work but sadly, are hard to get, too expensive, or discontinued and not accessible for the average consumer. The P-SB7 is also an amazing piece of equipment, but has been created for commercial use allowing novice investigators, researchers, and amateur ghost hunters the opportunity to own their very own ITC device at an affordable price.

What makes the P-SB7 different? It utilizes a milli-second forward or reverse frequency sweep, similar to the scan feature on your car radio but quicker. It is the first device to insert a synthetic "white noise" between frequency steps. It also comes with a built in speaker and options for both headphones and external speaker hookup. You can run a splitter and have one going into a external speaker and another going into a recorder to hear and document your sessions. Unlike the "shack hack", the P-SB7 has the advanced technology to modify the sweep speed. When used properly, under certain circumstances, the P-SB7 provides results similar to Radio ITC and EVP but in real time. EVPs have been a long standing form of "credible" evidence in the paranormal community. This Spirit Box takes mobile communication with the other side to an exciting, new level.

I used the P-SB7 "Demo" on "Ghost Adventures Live" at the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and during my college lecture/Ghost Hunt tour in October and November. Not only did it startle and shock the Ghost Adventures Crew, college students and teachers, but it also excited me to the fact how far with ITC communication we have come. From the direct response method with EMF devices such as the K-II and Tri-field meter to now hearing and receiving actual "voice phenomena".

Since the public appearance of the Spirit Box (P-SB7), I have received countless emails from viewers and ghost hunters on how intrigued and amazed they were with the Spirit Box and asking where they could get one. After further testing and preparation, we have decided to make the P-SB7 available world wide.

It is now available!

As a master wholesaler, I want to offer you the opportunity to be one of the first to carry this device on your online store or at your next event. We have received our first shipment. I pleased to announce that I can also offer you wholesale prices for the P-SB7 for your re-sale opportunities. I currently have a limited quantity in stock, ready to ship!

Wholesale available for both National and International Orders:

If you are interested in carrying and selling the Spirit Box (P-SB7) and would like wholesale consideration and pricing, send your email to Chris@unknownmag.com with WHOLESALE SB7 INQUIRE in the subject line along with how many you would be interested in purchasing. I look forward to hearing from you,

Regards,

Chris Fleming

Better yet, what do you think Kim?

I watched him use it during that GA live event, must say, it was interesting to watch. I am not too savvy when it comes to electronic devices, so all the technical jargon is wasted on me….however, if it produces results then it might be useful to add to ones arsenal….

I think it has promise, much like most ITC devices commonly used these days. Where we have to be careful is the marriage of subjective ITC devices with objective investigative techniques. They both produce results, but I don't think they go hand-in-hand. Two separate doctrines with the same goal…spirit contact.

I am an avid experimenter with ghost boxes (and have sustained much ridicule for it). I know there is a phenomenon at work, but since the data used is chaotic in nature, I don't think I will ever understand the mechanism behind the communication. Sadly, because of this, I view these devices as subjective only. I am well versed in the ideas of pareidolia and matrixing, but I also exercise common sense when dealing with the results. I think implementing basic controls like asking what you are holding in your left hand, what color shirt you have on, or asking the entity to repeat your first and last names are about the best we can do to limit the chaos. Approaching it with good intent and an open mind yields the best results for me. Personally I do believe these devices work, but professionally I do not include them in client-based investigative profiles. As said before, I do love experimenting with them though.

Andy

Great, something else to waste money on. Having watched my wife buy every damned one of these things that some "para-guru" recommended, I haven't gotten a single useable output from one yet. Maybe if I listen hard enough, the voices will tell me which famous person I'm supposed to kill.

I fart, therefore I art.

Too expensive? These boxes can be built from inexpensive parts. Quality has not really been linked to successes or failures with these boxes. Those who are really interested in this topic could do worse than join Sumption's Yahoo! Group EVP-ITC for advice and support.

I honestly have to wonder about this, especially when you consider the very real possiblity that behind all the high quality EVPs is nothing more than the individual operator influencing the device in some as yet unknown way reminiscent of microPK.

I have the P-SB7 and the new RT-EVP, the RT-EVP has a ghost box built in and it is small. Saves a lot of room in my case. I recommend both pieces after using them both. My hacked radios never lasted that long and always ended up being just a rigged gadget. ITC researche fascinates me so it was worth the investment, (and I had a coupon for ghostoutlet.com so it was a pretty good deal)

Welcome to the forums Stacy. We've had several past articles on ghost boxes and other forms of ITC communications. Plus we have several members here who love talking about it.

I've never played with any of the hack boxes. That is the stuff that I want to reserve for certain places.
