Zombies are of my favorite monsters! Anyone here watch the Walking Dead on AMC? I am loving that show.

As for weapons, guns are good, it keeps you at a safe distance, if your aim is straight you can take them down from afar. Problem is, it's loud as hell, and likely to attract hordes of other zombies to approach, so it should be used as a second line of defense if possible.

I would think a hachet or a light weight ax with a nice blade, or even an extra sharp machete to take a head clean off the neck with one swing would be good options for when you have to be more stealth about it.

Or you could plow through them with a lightly armored vehicle. That way you can just wash it off once you are back at the complex.

Hehe you know what? That would work quite well, without so much of the up close and personal action. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> I forgot how formiddable of a weapon a vehicle can actually be!

Haha, not to mention old records that you don't really like.

Sithy, good choice. I may have to go watch a little Shaun of the Dead just for kicks and grins! Of course, a little Zombieland on the dvr would be okay too. Cheers all! On to the weekend!

There's a thread for this over in Paranormal Media…I think…

I'm still going with my AA-12 shotgun as my weapon of choice and would prefer either a .38 or .357 with teflon coated, hollow points. A nice machete always comes in handy.

And I would add a bow and arrow/crossbow. Silent and deadly all in one and also reusable.

I'm not always right but I'm never wrong.

Hey I forgot to lock the front door and the zombies had a field day. I hate it when that happens.

I'll take one of those Bloody Mary's, except, instead of a celery stalk, may I have a Zombie finger to stir it with? /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' /> /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />
