Okay, I've thought about it for a long time and it is really hard to do this because my favorites are all my albums. So…In no particular order:

Infinity – Journey (lots of sentimental value)

Bat Out of Hell – Meat Loaf

Crossing Muddy Waters – John Hiatt

Tom Petty and the Hearbreakers Greatest Hits

A Night at the Opera – Queen

Bruce Springsteen's Greatest Hits

Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band – The Beatles

Abbey Road – The Beatles

Let It Roll – Little Feat

Never Die Young – Jams Taylor

A favorite piece of mine that should be on this list (because it is an album) is an album my mom paid a dime for at a flea market: George Gershwin Plays the Rhapsody in Blue. OO, OO…and then there is Stranger in This Town by Richie Sambora! How could I forget that one?

At my house this ten favorite JUST DOESN'T WORK! /rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

I really just tried to pick the ones that spent the most time on my Walkman and Discman when I had a desk job! Actually anything by John Hiatt can be plugged into the John Hiatt slot, as well as anything by Queen or James Taylor.

The soundtrack from Immortal Beloved is definitely on my favorite soundtrack top ten. Also there put Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back and Jurassic Park. Love, Love, Love John Williams! (and these all sound great on my Bose stereo in my car. The biggest reason I bought the car!)

I do alot like Cusack in High Fidelity. Now, I could pick a category and then plug in favorites!

White Album – Beatles

One Size Fits All – Frank Zappa… with the Mothers/Inca Roads is a great jam. Truth is, Zappa was a genius (Joe's Garage/"Watermelon in Easter Hay", is one of the greatest guitar solos of all time.)

Mainstream – Quiet Sun (Canterbury Prog rock 1975)

Leftoverture – Kansas (Two for the Show is a great live album.)

Physical Graffiti – Led Zeppelin

2112 – Rush

Wish You Were Here – Pink Floyd

Metalica – Metalica

Psalm 69 – Ministry

La Sexorcisto – White Zombie

I could do a top 50 and still feel like I'm leaving something out (Joy Division: Unknown Pleasures, Iggy Pop: Soldiers, Bowie: Low, Genesis: Seconds Out, The Residents: Meet the Residents, lol), but this is what I'll stick with for now.
