OfflineI've always enjoyed watching people and trying to figure out what they are thinking or seeing as to what they do. So I'm wondering about people's forum names and what they mean to the person. Mine is my first name and my national paramedic certification. It's what I do for a living and it means a lot to me, since it means I can help people and I had a lot of people help me get the cert.
So how about yours?

OfflineThe Provenence of mine began with me watching Most Haunted – I called it AlmostHaunted – hubby called it Mostly Haunted. Hence, on the MH forum I was almosthaunted.
Enter Ghost Hunters – i cleverly trimmed it down to almosthunted.
There was a MostlyHaunted briefly over there ——->
But so many people knew me as this that it stayed!

OfflineRead "The God Delusion," Hitchen's "god is not Great," and "End of Faith," by Sam Harris and tell me you are not changed. I dare you.
I picked up the God Delusion the other day at the local bookstore. I live in a small, very conservative, very religious town, so I got some funny looks. Oh well. I'm looking forward to reading it, actually!

Offlineooooo! Yeah – I love to cook, too.

Send me your recipe for the herb crusted lamb and I'll send you the recipe for tamales…if you like Mexican food. I'll be wrapping the filling in corn husks tomorrow and steaming them. My husband will be in heaven! You know, its funny, but his very walk changes when he gets around the familiar smell of Latino cooking. He changes from a Midwestern guy to a guy from the barrio. I saw it when we visited El Paso and when we go to the Mexican grocery stores around here.

Starting a recipe thread just for you….
