****EDIT**** I posted this after reading some of the horrific stories coming out of North Korea lately about the removal of officials via the old "traffic accident" and couldn't help but notice the extreme irony.

I find myself watching the Graham Norton show now and again on BBC America, there's something about the guy that just cracks me great talk show.

So over the weekend, my "mlb extra innings" thing froze out of the clear blue and I couldn't tune in any of the games ("extra Innings" is a service that Major league baseball offers so that fans can watch out of market games and they charge $179 for the regular season; the post season is available on regular tv). So I decided to put on the WGN superstation which had the Chisox vs. Seattle (i think) and that channel was also not available. I called Xfinity/Comcast to find out the dealio and they told me after much being placed on hold and thanked for my patience…that the issue wasn't my equipment OR comcast…it was major league baseball's satellite feed. Just thought it was strange that it wasn't ONLY the pay for service but also the regular cable channels that had baseball on them too…strangely the local game at the time Oakland A's vs. Royals game wasn't affected (not that anybody watches the A's. anyhow…so sad). The guy kept promising me that I'd be compensated for the time missed…all told, about an hour. Kind of a bummer…..Sorry, I just had to get that out of my system. I was thinking of blowing the guy's mind and just cancelling the service all together as my beloved Phils are just completely injured and stinking out the joint.
