I love this site: http://www.fmylife.com/. Everybody has one of those moments, days, weeks, months, years where they say FML. Here's your place to let off a little steam. Please don't post things here about other boards that shall not be named – that's not the purpose.

Thanks!

I'll start. My puppy has been dealing with canine coccidia, which is a protozoa that causes copious amounts of puppy diarrhea. She is pretty much paper trained (thank goodness), although occasionally she misses. My hubby got up before me and he let the dog roam free in the house. Not a good plan. I got up this morning and stepped out of the bed with bare feet into a steaming pile of puppy leavings. That gave me the dry heaves. FML.

I was late picking up my son from school, ran into a car in front of me on the way home (no damage done), and dropped an entire cup of pepsi on the kitchen floor.

I know, I know … there are worse things.

I've decided that a clean pitbull is a happy pitbull and as such have swore to bathe her at least once a month. Unfortunately for me, Nilla does NOT share my enthusiasm and most likely feels the author of "cleanliness is next to godliness" needs a good gnawling. She unwillingly submits to the process but has gotten better about it over time. Still, it's quite the ordeal. But EVERY time I go through this, w/in 2 days she's just as filthy as before somehow, but this time takes the cake, she decided to lay down in a pool of spilt cola and is a sticky mess from her under jowls straight to her front undercarriage…FML

I was feeling woozy this morning. No idea why. The puppy sleeps in the bathroom. She didn't quite make it through the night. So as I was cleaning the bathroom, my wooziness overtook me. Jim came home (he worked last night) and found me sitting in the bathroom with my face in the same toilet that I'd been throwing the TP I was using to clean up the puppy's mess. FML.

Nothing like a well-dressed dog, NoWhammies. As far as the FML part, noting I'd like to admit to.

In an effort to get a jump start on our laundry, i was wrangling the hampers to do a final sort. There are three hampers monkette's, mine and the "miscellaneous". After moving the first out of the bathroom, I went to get the second, but upon moving it the sudden weight shift was made worse by a hanging net bag that dominoed an old cooler I meant to dump but forgot. The water in the cooler was not heavier then the net bag so I attempted to kick my foot out to prevent the cooler from getting knocked over and dumping a gallon or so of water all over the bathroom throws. Well, I missed the cooler completely it spilled the water everywhere and I almost put my foot completely through the bottom of the suite side bathroom door as I'm a fairly big guy who wears steel toed doc martens. For Jim's birthday, I bought him tickets to a Celtic Woman concert. He loves them – I hate them, but I was willing to make the sacrifice for him. They were VERY GOOD tickets. We had it all planned out – heading into the "big city" (which we seldom get to do, and I miss terribly) for dinner and then the show. Sans kiddos. And then, Jim's work intervened. His relief failed to show up and he was stuck there at the last minute. We didn't get to go and it was too short of notice to give the tickets to anyone else. I wasted a couple hundred bucks on a concert I didn't want to go to and and one we didn't get to see. FML.

Sooooo many things….

Missing out on the Fleetwood Mac concert last night b/c my concert partner couldn't go and I wasn't about to drive 2 hours one way by myself!

The Canucks out of the playoffs

My bff obsessed with her 21 yr old concubine (she's 34 dont' get me started)

Hating my coworkers and wondering if I'm in not only the right profession, but the right office.

Not being able to hang out with the one person on the planet I really want to hang out with….2000 miles apart makes things shall we say, difficult?

Having no money.

Lawyers not doing their jobs.

Living in the ghetto that I live in where one neighbor got arrested for Domestic "Disturbance" and the other one only plays rap music all the time at level ELEVEN! Which makes it so difficult to even hear my tv!

So basically, I have one big FML scenario that I live daily.

Right now the Blackhawks are losing, and I'm seriously pissed. They have the speed over the Dead Wings, but it's not showing. Third period coming up so I'm out.

Ya know, I really don't complain much. I am usually a pretty happy person, but today I have a major pity party going on for me and my mom. I have been at my mom's house the last couple of nights so I haven't been here.

Mom is 81 years old and doesn't remember her own name. She mostly remembers my name and my husband's name because we lived with her for three years after we got married. Her ongoing request is to "go home". To note she is living in the same house they bought over 46 years ago. She hasn't been diagnosed with alzheimer's because she won't go to the doctor. We're getting ready to have to take her against her will. My mother is and has always been a very proud woman with a strong sense of dignity and it really SUCKS to watch her dissappear a little at a time. So this isn't really a FML post: It is a FMML post.

Sometimes, just sometimes…

It could have been worse. You could have been wearing it at the time. /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

If these FML entries are examples of the worst that happens to us, then we are one lucky bunch of Wal-Mart shoppers.

Totally agree. I've got it pretty darn good, and I know it. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
