I have booked the entire hotel for August 5 and August 6, 2011 for the Massive Paranormal Gathering.

Paranormal Underground has FIRST CRACK at the reservations. Ask for "Paranormal Underground" when making your reservations because the rooms are booked under that title. You will be asked for your information and credit card info when making your reservation. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Check-in is AFTER 2:30 p.m. Thanks to the Owner and General Manager, we have a ten percent (10%) discount already on each room for the members of Paranormal Underground.

Currently (one suite has already been booked as of this writing), we have:

REGULAR ROOMS:

(2) Non-smoking with one king bed – $116.99 PLUS tax

Non-smoking with one queen bed – $112.49 PLUS tax

Non-smoking with two queen beds – $116.99 PLUS tax

(1) Smoking with one queen bed – $112.49 PLUS tax

(1) Smoking with two queen beds – $116.99 PLUS tax

SUITES:

General Lee's Headquarters Suite – $215.99 PLUS tax

The Buford Suite – $161.99 PLUS tax

The Lower Dustman – $157.49 PLUS tax

The Upper Dustman – $143.99 PLUS tax

The Oakridge Suite – $148.49 PLUS tax

The Fireside Suite – $125.99 PLUS tax

The Inn at Seminary Ridge has already been booked by one lucky PUG member.

All of the suites have activity. Of the seven suites, four were buildings here at the time of the battle. Two suites that were not here at the time of the battle sit on ground heavily contested with great loss of life. Those are also active as a result.

Most of the rooms in our upper section have activity. So, when making your reservation, based on availability, ask for one of those (upper section).

The general manager of the hotel has decided to put a time limit on the availability of the hotel's rooms for PUG's use. As of November 1st, the block will be removed and the rooms will be opened for the general public for next year's Paranormal Gathering.

There are plenty of rooms still left. Ask for the rooms reserved for "Paranormal Underground" when making your reservation.

Hi Vcon,

Unless you specifically ask for a confirmation (as in an e-mail or paper copy), we do not send confirmations. You should have been given a confirmation number at the time you made your reservation. However, if you would like either an e-mail confirmation or a paper copy sent via U.S. Mail, just call (717) 334-3141 and request one. We will be happy to send one to you!

I'm looking forward to meeting those members who will be staying with us. I have some "special" events in the works exclusively for PUG members.

Hi Stranger!

I have been realy busy with everything and have been kind of out of contact.

First we talked about a winter trip to the hotel. We still would like to do that.

A get together with the PUG group sounds great too.

If you could let me know how long the winter rates are in effect and if rooms are still available

in August.
