I'm over. But, my family hardly ever puts the roll on the holder. It's normally on the back of the toilet.
Or they leave it empty.

i'm over. it's the way it's supposed to be. but like you, symp, i seem to be the only one in the family with the skills to handle this chore…or they leave 1 measley sheet just barely covering the cardboard as absolution for not changing it. my son can build a computer from bricks and strawberry yogurt with his eyes closed but is incapable of changing a roll of TP. if only it involved blinking lights and buttons! /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

I once read somewhere (mind FULL of useless trivia) that 70% are OVER and the other 30% are UNDER. I am over. I did use to change my sister's from under to over when she wasn't looking.
One handy fact for cat owners: If you hang it under, it is a LOT less interesting to the furry little buggers.

The boys use whichever one they are closer to. Mine is actually a half bathroom. There is a shower for it but it's across the hall and was converted into a storage closet before we moved in.
