Johnny Winter was great as usual but Edgar Winter brought down the house !!!! Rick Derringer was very good and Kim Simmonds from Savoy Brown was outstanding. The only disappointment was Leslie West.

So Leslie is gigging already after the amputation? Good for him! I guess if Def Leppard can have a one armed drummer then a one legged guitarist shouldn't be such a reach. A bit of a homecoming for Derringer and the Winter Bros.

Should be a good show.

As a personal aside, I used to have a vendor named Mountain West and my contact person was named Leslie. She once said to me you're always laughing when I call and identify myself and she wanted to know why, so I tried to explain about not ever forgetting her name...she had no clue who Mountain was or Mississippi Queen etc....I'm old.

I was wondering if he was as chatty at PSJ is all. He's more of a "folky" type with a more eclectic leaning. You should check out the link above for the Patrick Dodd Trio...heard them on bluesville and WOULD get their disc but they're only d/l straight from THEIR SITE and I'm a little leery about that, but you can hear their music and they are TIGHT!

Coultier had to have back surgery, he was referring to it as long over due. Tearson's been in for a couple of weeks before Bill Wax. I was just curious what you thought of his style, I KNOW how you feel about Pat St. John and on and on and on and on. He (Tearson) has been a fixture on the Philly FM Rock radio scene since the very beginning and for me it's nice to hear a familiar voice.

I listened to some today and I liked what I heard.......he played some good music......course, actually they all do play good music...even Pat St. John....he just talks way too much.... /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
