I made more friends over at skiffy just
from our mutal love of Floyd then for
any other reason haha
Before I moved cross country I used to have a few Floyd Bootlegs on vinyl. I probably still have some of the ones on tape lurking somewhere. One of my favorites was "Darkside of the Moo" which featured a bunch of b-sides and hard to find stuff. Had one called "Crackers" that was a triple disc set that was from a 1972 Hollywood Bowl show where they opened w/Darkside of the Moon, but no one had heard it before and I think the crowd thought it a piece like Atom Heart Mother or something, the rest of it was Saucerful of Secrets, Careful w/that Ax Eugene, Set the controls for the heart of the sun etc.

That's so cool!
I miss vinyl /sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

I love going through YouTube and finding all the old videos of Pink Floyd,
some of them are REALLY, REALLY trippy /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

Welcome Kosol. Please post on!
OfflineWell as a newbie, I better follow the rules and sign in and show everyone what a good little boy I am. My name is Gene, I live in Delaware and proud to represent the East Coast. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' /> I am a mortician by trade, been licensed since 1996. I've always been open to the paranormal but never experienced anything. Thats not to say I do not believe, however, I do look at some things as a skeptic. Being in this field you'd expect I would have encountered something, but alas, I have not. I am married and have a three year old girl. For fun when I get the time, I like to fish, ride my softail, target practice, and hang out with friends.
I've read the past few months of the e-magazine, and have enjoyed them. I even listened to a podcast or two. I guess I am old-fashioned, as I wish the magazine was in print form so I can read when and wherever, and look back on past issues…
Thanks to HeidiAnn for the invite over….I promise to be good in this forum compared to the other forum which will be left unnamed, as we tend to joke more in that forum…lets face it, it is more of a joke in there…. /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
OfflineI have no clue who this guy is /unsure.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
I'm not sure WHY he says I invited him…

OfflineWelcome to the forums Gene, I have enjoyed your posts over at…say it all together now…SyFy.
I am glad you have been enjoying the eMagazine, and hopefully someday we can put out a hard copy.
As for having fun, we do have fun here, but we also tend to have serious paranormal discussion, and debate. The difference being we are not shackled by being the official website for any particular show. Here we can, and do, discuss all aspects of the unexplained. Then again, a few are here just for the sense of community, and nothing else. Which goes to show that we welcome all, believer, skeptical believer, skeptic, and those who don't really care if Michael Jackson's ghost was filmed at the Neverland Ranch.
Regardless of what your beliefs, or non-beliefs, are welcome to PUG, and I hope you enjoy your time here.
