Funny I was just wondering about how it is going, looks like you could make out either way /cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

I might be lying, but I'm telling the truth

Hopefully it will turn out ok. I was just so surprised to see our name on something. I mean why take someone elses name instead of coming up with your own?

Then I thought maybe it was just a coincidence so I started looking around. Seems the show had a different name but it was too close to an already released movie. Then after joining facebook they changed the name to Ghostbreakers. Somehow, I don't think is was coincidential since most people in their business do name searches so this type thing doesn't happen but we shall see.

That is great Kim.

I'm not sure how it works with group names, but with the magazine we had to select specific trademarks. So, for instance, Paranormal Underground the online and hard copy magazines are registered trademarks, which are two diffrerent categories (online and printed).

We had to show them the product before they would trademark anything. We found out just how particular they are when giving out trademarks.

Yes, I am actually trademarking it several ways. The attorney did the paperwork so I hope he knew what he was doing. LOL

How long did you have to wait to find out if it was approved?

Well, we went through Legal Zoom, which actually worked out quite well.

I think from start to finish it took six months.
