Yesterday after 1 year in the making I made the first voyage in the kayak I made and it worked /cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

I tried to attach video (AVI) but it would not allow me /sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Wow awesome! Nice going /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:

(1) eat less,

(2) don’t ask for money all the time,

(3) are easier to train,

(4) normally come when called,

(5) never ask to drive the car,

(6) don’t smoke or drink,

(7) don’t want to wear your clothes,

(8) don’t have to buy the latest fashions,

(9) don’t need a gazillion dollars for college and

(10) if they get pregnant, you can sell their children ..

That there is a mighty spiffy Kayak. I bet that thing can sneak right

up on a big Bull Redfish! That's awesome. I can't wait to get back home

and go flats fishing for Reds again.

What is this kayak made of? Where would you use a kayak like this, rivers and along the edge of lakes and ponds? I have always wanted to know a bit more about this activity because it looks like so much fun (and I could actually fit a kayak in the bed of my truck!).

It's a skin on frame design I used wood for the frame and covered it W/ a heavy canvas which was then waterproofed with 3 coats of polyurethane. So far it has handled the ocean, lakes and rivers fine and is lots of fun /cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' />
