I posted a question on another site about the Limestone Theory as I did here to get others impressions on what they have experienced or thought about it.

I received this response and copied and pasted it so I wouldn't make a mistake in his wording:

Proove to me that there really is a relationship …. then we'll talk… and you better do your homework !!!

Now did I take it wrong or is that a challenge? I took it as him presenting himself as knowledgeable and for me to do my homework. Am I wrong. I am not looking for support just an honest opinion in case I am wrong in my perception of his statement.

He also invites everyone to his Facebook page. I viewed his info on the page and it reads a little like a manifesto (LOL) but here is part of it. It does have some contradiction on his expert comments. Maybe someone out there knows of them?

I cut and pasted the following exactly as written on the facebook page.

Welcome to our Team. We are an Experienced group, and are Experts looking to solve all questions related to the paranormal or the normal with the idea that there is just maybe more. We have a ton of Exp. and are NOT afraid to take on ANY Investigation…

Our organization is Northern Illinios Ghost hunters finest. We are located in Dixon Illinois and will be happy to travel to conduct an investigation. We are only 45 min from Iowa and wisconsin.

We do not require that you belong to any particular affiliation or possess any previous memberships to join our organization.

We do ask that you support our organization through regular participation in activities.

We look forward to posts and evidence via pics or Video to enlighten and open the minds of any one interested in the after life and or paranormal.

We do however strive to find explanation into what in reality the evidence maybe and without bias are debunkers at heart. Only through proof may our minds be changed and through that proof true believers we will become.

Our Club is dedicated to serving our community by providing a valuable service. Our members enjoy all the perks of our club. Our Club has been widely-recognized with 25+ years expirience and is the best of its kind.

Some of us were doing this way before anyone on TV ever thought about investigating this topic, and when I for one hear them proclaim them selves "the Experts" I/We laugh cause we have double the years and expirience than the "TV Pro's"Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome you with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a part of our growing Team.

Maybe I am getting old or am too sensitive but his comment didn't sit well with me and this was my response to him.

Well wise guy. If you took the time to read anything you will see that I am not a believer in the theory and was asking others their thoughts. The theory doesn't hold up no matter what the TV guys say.

As far as my homework? I have been doing this for 34 years and not one of those that jumped on the bandwagon because they wanna be like the guys on TV.

Maybe you should do your homework so you won't be wasting your time making wise guy remarks about things you have no clue about. Instead of telling everyone you are an expert try showing them.

It sounds like he is just typing a response to be responding Kim. I wasn't aware that their

were any books written on the subject of geological formations and their paranormal

potential. So there goes any hope of homework. There are theories about the prevalence

of activity associated with different formations but nothing you can gleen any solid

conclusions from. What you asked for was different experiences and related findings from

everyone. Yep, it's not just you, he did come off as very challenging and not interested at all

in providing you with any information that would contribute to question at hand. I wouldn't

let it ruffle you to much. Your avatar quote pretty much excludes him:" Better to be than seem."

Sounds like a ploy to get you to tell him what you think so he can add it to his knowledge base thus increasing his "expert"ness /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Funny you should say that. I was looking at his groups Facebook page and was thinking the same thing.

I do find it funny that he claims they are experts and even has a discussion on his groups Facebook page to ask the experts, yet they laugh at the so called experts. Then say everyone else gives the field a bad name. LOL

Yeah, I think MM's got a point on this one, it happens alot more then you'd realize, some people are just too lazy to do their own work/research.

What can I say? Some people are deluded **** bags who are so puffed up with their own self-importance that they can't help but behave as this guy does – with poor spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalization et. al.

Sorry – I try not to be an Internet grammar Nazi realizing that there are all levels of ability when it comes to grammar, usage and spelling; however, come on. It was typed on a computer which has an AMAZING feature called spellcheck…

Kim, I understand why you were put off by this. I am not sure why, but I've been coming across a few pages like that lately where people are just flat out rude – as if they are so much more important to the paranormal field than anyone else. Maybe it is backlash against all of the TV shows or maybe just a lot of people with rudeness disorders are popping up in front of me on paranormal websites/pages lately.

I'm not sure how people believe that they are going to find anyone who even cares what they have to say when they behave in that manner.

The more I think I know, the less I know. Just a general life statement for someone my age.

I find some of his statements funny.

Is how long someone investigates a contest? /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Before he investigated, or was even born, and before tv, people were investigating the paranormal. Duh

I could compare myself to many tv reality shows, and always look better. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

But, somehow other things in my life require more time. /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Kim, it looks like he's trying to get people over to his Facebook page by putting "know-it-all" comments on other Facebook pages.

Even though he doesn't know it all, far from it, he's trying hard to pretend he does to lure some people over to this group.

But, yeah, it doesn't even sound like he read your post completely to respond the way he did.

Well, you can always ask him to use his "expert-ness" to prove to you that there is no correlation. Oh – and don't forget to tell him to do his homework… /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

I got to thinking about his 25 years of experience. That would put him some where around my age.

I'm far from the paranormal tv show maven, but I don't understand people in this age group not remembering,

Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World, in the 80's.

I aways thought, it better character to equate yourself with someone held in high esteem, rather than putting down another tv show, as GH, or a person.

Not that I care about GH one way or the other, but why put someone else down to make yourself look better.

The show was ground breaking, even by today standards of Paranormal Investigative Tv.

I got it on dvd a few years ago and still think it's stood it's test of time and still is the best show out there, so far, imo.

Maybe, I'm the only person who really enjoyed it. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

I also found it funny that he talks down about TV shows at the end of his Facebook info but makes this statement under his equipment use.

"We use the same Equipment "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Adventures" T.V. Programs use."

Sometimes I guess people try too hard to build a false credibility that they end up screwing up their whole group.

Yes I remember, where they never really answered the questions, just posed more questions…
