Yea, I am still around! I moved into a small apartment since my knee surgeries were not what they hoped to be and then I had to go on oxgyen 24/7. I have named my portable oxgyen tank Fred….don't know why and my big concentrator that I use at home Big Fred. Life has slowed down with the health issues and I had to drop out of school. With only half of my Master classwork completed. It has been depressing but I am getting over it and settling in to this slow paced life of mine.

I don't know if you all heard that Faustlove is now engaged!! Yep she announced it on her facebook page!! Gryphononfire is still around and doing well…if you can call being back in the Army good!!

I just forgot to come to where I knew the people and could visi. Sorry. But I will try to visit more often….does anyone know what happened to J&G and any news about Most Haunted??? I have watched a couple of Paranormal State but that is all. I just got out of the habit of following these programs.

Take care and drop me a note to catch me up on what's happening in your lives.

Sorry to hear that you're having the health issues Lit.

As far as J & G go, they don't return my calls about the paranormal OR plumbing anymore so I've written them, their shows, Roto-Rooter, Spalding sporting goods (guilty by similar name association), snowmobiles and anything they're remotely affiliated with, OFF. Most Haunted sort of folded in July 2010 and Yvette made an official announcement in Sept (if memory serves) of the same year to say that she would be persuing other interests. That particular program is being replaced by another paranormal offering on their "home" British channel (no pun intended). I can't speak for anyone else but the only show I watch religiousily at this point is Destination Truth, but might stop that as well as an extension of my "J&G boycott". Paranormal State, while interesting, is not AS interesting w/out the incredible Chip Coffey. I've removed almost all Paranormal programming from my DVR scheduling and actually rcv'd a thank you note from the cable company for not abusing their equipment w/that stuff! (who knew?).

Congrats to Faust (she was always a fave or mine) and Gryph stops in to say hi now and again.

Don't be a stranger and hang in there!

Sorry to hear about your health. I hope it gets better so you can return to doing the stuff you want to. Been missing you here since you never call, you never write. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

As for the shows, Monk covered it well. I still DVR and watch GA and GL but watch it only if it sounds interesting. GH is kinda like that now. But if I miss an episode or season I'm not worried. The fad known as paranormal tv is starting to fade. GL is being canceled and MH is gone. Ryan I heard is leaving PS so I don't think that show will last much longer. It's only time before they are all gone and only come back in Octobers.

Thanks for getting me up to speed. Monk you are always the best!! Ryan you know about what is happening on TV…more than I do! I watch a lot of TV but I don't have cable so I mainly watch PBS. I am spending most of my time just reading. Which is what I love to do and I am re-reading many of my books from school. It is kind of nice to read to enjoy them instead of plowing through them for the next seminar!

It's just me!

When I got out of school, I had this built in guilt response for a few years afterwards. If I'd be futzing around doing something that I used to do in college to avoid studying, I'd have this conditioned response hit of guilt and the panicked, "Oh $hit, I really should be studying" feeling, and then I'd realize – waiiiit…..I'm not in college anymore. Ever have that happen?

So sorry to hear of your health problems. Catching up on reading sounds divine, however.
