Indian curse on Detroit?

I read something about how many hundreds of years ago, some Native Americans placed a curse on the land that is now Detroit, Michigan.

Perhaps this could be one of the attributing factors to the horrendous economic predicament Detroit has fallen into?

Interesting.

I think the situation in Detroit has a lot to do with its politicians, but that's not to say that I discount the possibility of a curse.

It is interesting but it may be more the politicians inability to do the right thing to stop the violance.

I'm not always right but I'm never wrong.
