Apparently when George Bush was president he had a machine installed at his Crawford home. This machine in times of bad weather can cause storms to split in half and go around the county. I guess he left it there and it was turned on for the remains of the hurricane. The county to the north of me and also the county to the south of me both had terrible flooding. People were being picked off of cars and rooftops to be rescued. There were a couple of deaths from the floods and several homes were washed away or completely flooded. What did we get? Several inches of rain, a little bit of wind.

Wouldn't that be the Chinese weather machine that the Clintons obtained?
