good morning!!! just got off the excersize bike (hardest program setting 1 hour, 10miles, 1003 calories burnt, 312 fat calories….bike is calibrated to show this stuff) and am now plotting out the strategy for the day.

I burned artichokes this morning. I got distracted with my freelance writing projects and forgot about them. Fortunately I smelled them and managed to sort of salvage them. But on the plus side, I got my freelancing done for the month. Yay!
