We've got the marine layer again this morning. Yesterday it burned off at about 3 and it was hot. We'll see what happens today.

We've had a break in the heat. I repeat – we've had a break in the heat! Yay!
Good thing. Our heat pump AC ran so constantly that the condenser froze up and killed the AC. Once we turned it off and let it melt (and you could hear the chunks of ice breaking off), it's working good as new again.

Good Morning All, I survived the brutal @$$ pounding the phillies took at the hands of the jints last night, not easy to watch….the case of heineken and shots of patron anejo helped greatly…it wasn't a total waste. Heinekens on ice as I write this for round 2 tonite, just gotta grab some limes at the produce market at lunch time!
It's 57° and partially sunny w/the marine layer burning off nicely!
