Tried to get the whole thing copied and pasted…long story short I'm just not savvy enough to do it quickly.

This is a cleverly worded essay on why Harry Potter Should Have Carried a 1911. I post this for Monkey and Pynki…

(btw…failbook ROCKS!)

Pynki is probably "OP"ing at this point (over pottering as if there could even BE such a thing as too much Potter)…I imagine her in her hufflepuff (ravenclaw?) jammies, ginger wig, hermoine voodoo doll in one hand, butter beer in the other, open containers of Bernie Botts every flavor beans everywhere, pouring through volumes of the literature w/the movies on a loop endlessly. Putting a Casey Kasem countdown to shame. I hope she makes it!!!

More books from the Potter Universe I think (hope) as there are so many loose ends are avenues that can be delved into that doesn't necessarily have to involve Harry Potter himself. A more indepth examination of Hogwarts and it's creators etc.

Pynki's been reading the books preparing for the last movie, but sadly at 7:03pm this evening she died after watching the last Harry Potter Trailer EVER! It was that epic.

http://trailers.apple.com/movi…../wb/harryp…2-tlr2_480p.mov

She died with a smile on her face. This is her ghost posting.

And it's Hufflepuff pajama bottoms and a "Weasley is my King" t-shirt

It's a website.

I'm thinking it's all the info that didn't make it in to the books if the name is telling.

I love that there was an announcement about an announcement. Only in the Potterverse!

For some reason, i don't have real time player anymore…(telling you for all the niceties of windows 7 there are some glaring holes in the armor), so I couldn't view the link, found it online in a format I could view….This looks like it's going to kick so much bootaaaay I can't hardly wait. While I have this moment let me just say that Twilight had such an epic opportunity to do the same and DID NOT within the source material. Lame-oh!

I just had to come back to laugh at this post, You have no idea how close to the truth this is. Most of the time I'm sitting down reading the books and when I'm not the audio books are playing in the background fast forward to where I left off. I drew the deathly hallows symbol on the wrist of my left hand and a poorly drawn lightning bolt on my right which i touch up when it washes off and will continue to do so until the movie is out. I'm deathly sirius.

This series means so much to me on so many levels. It's more then a story or books to me. It made me stop a reevaluate my self and the lengths I would go for what i believe in. I know reading these books has made me a better person. KuriusKat once stated on this thread that they thought i was a very loyal person and I've been called that countless times by my friends.

My best friend and I had a pretty bad falling out over something she had done to me, twice, with in the course of six months. The ball was in her court to fix the mess she had made of our friendship. It took her a long time to work up the courage to contact me and apologies. I had forgiven her once and she didn't think I would again but I did. In the course of talking everything out she said she could never understand how I could be the kind of friend I was to everyone. That I was loyal and always there for people and she wanted to be more like that. It was something she always admired in me and wished more people treated friendship the way I did, including herself. She laughed in my face when I told her the answer. Gandhi and Ron Weasley. Gandhi once said "Be the change you want to see in the world." Well I thought the world could use more friends like Ron Weasley, so I became the change I wanted to see in the world, I wanted to be the kind of friend Ron was to Harry. Reading those books made me a better friend. There just one of many examples of how they made me a better person.

That's why I will go around with the drawing on my wrist and a book in my arms until the final movie is released, not because I'm the crazy obsessed fan that I am, but as a thank you to JK Rowling for making me a better friend and person. For showing me that no one is perfect and that sometimes your best friend will let you down but it's in the swallowing of their pride and coming back is where true loyalty and bravery is shown. That blood has nothing to do with who your family is. That intelligence is beauty. That the most amazing people can be the most insecure and that love truly is the most powerful force on earth.

Saw a full set of Harry Potter hardcovers in very good condition for $25.00 at my favorite thrift shop. Is that a good deal?
