I just hope Will Ferrell doesn't turn into this generation's Chevy Chase, that would be sad!

Hey! I LOVE Chevy Chase! /ohmy.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

Yeah but he became uncool fast when he started doing EVERY project that came his way…a few more clunkers and Will may become a footnote. I think he's funny don't get me wrong, but a little less of him would go a long way.

Can't get enough of? " I can't get enough COW BELL!" A classic comedy sketch will

always be a classic. Cristopher Walken will go down in history for that line and wouldn't

have meant a thing without Will Farrell. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

We just went to the drive in and saw "UP" and "Night at the Museum 2". They were both really cute.

Seriously, I could watch that skit over and over and laugh hysterically each and every time.

Yep, he's a big ole goof! Love it!

Still on my hit list are "District 9", "Harry Potter & the Half blood prince", "Hangover", "Dragged to Hell", "Bruno" and "Up".

Bruno, Sascha Baron Cohen, The trailers are a riot. I'm looking forward to this.

Harry Potter, is always a must see for me. I dress like Professor McGonagal when I go.

Some people are Trekies. My daughters and I, refer to ourselves as Potheads, in that Wizard way.

They are building a Hogwarts land in Universal Orlando, scheduled to be complete early 2010.

I'll be there with bells on.

The books and movies captured my imagination, like nothing else.

I want to go to Hogwarts and be a wizard!

Up, looked interesting, sort of like Danny Deck Chair, only animated with a house.

Moon, is also opn my list.

Went to see Angels And Demons when it came out. I'm a Dan Brown fan. Had mixed feelings about the movie.

My daughter went to school, in Rome, she loved the locations.

I actually liked the book better, truth be known (Angels and Demons that is).

Really enjoyed Doubt. The banter, between Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman's characters was excellent.

Could be slow for some, I gave it 5 stars.

Rented, In The Electric Mist.

Murder, and secrets of the past, in Louisiana's Canjun country.

Tommy Lee Jones and John Goodman.

Detective Dave Robicheaux, played by Jones has conversations with a ghost.

Is the ghost a spirit of a man that onced lived, or a trick of the detectives mind?

Enjoyable tale of Canjun county's hidden world!

Chris Rock said on Howard Stern's Sirius radio show once that that Farley Chippendales skit really haunted Farley. Rock claimed that Chris Farley had very low self esteem especially concerning his looks/body and though he felt the skit was demeaning, he only did it because he feared turning it down would incur the wrath of Lorne Michaels and the writers. Chris Rock said that though Farley was a very popular cast member he was not immune or above Michaels' influence. Crossing Michaels or rocking the boat would be fatal to his career. On a related note, the only SNL cast member to really zing Lorne Michaels good was Mike Myers. Dr. Evil is based on him and his vocal style is EXACTLY THE WAY LORNE MICHAELS speaks.

My fave SNL routines are:

1)Landshark (w/Jamie Lee Curtis I believe)

2)Mel Gibson "Dream Gynecologist"

3) Little Richard Simmons w/Eddie Murphy

4)Mr Robinson's Neighborhood also w/Eddie Murphy esp the one where mister t shows up.

5)The Compulsive Liar w/Jon Lovitz (Yeah yeah that's it that's the ticket)

6)Frankenstein & Sinatra w/Phil Hartman(RIP BROTHER)

7)The Greek Diner (Chee Burger, chee burger pepsi no coke pepsi)

8) Beethoven discovering Ray Charles' type of soul-John Belushi

9)Fernando (you look mahvelous) Billy Crystal

10)Subliminal Man-Kevin Nealon

11) Das Shprokets (Do you vant to pet my mohnkey?) Mike Meyers

12)Wayne's World – Meyers & Carvey

13) Church Lady – Dana Carvey

14) John Belushi as Joe Cocker

15) Mr. Bill!!!! ohhh nooooooooo!!!!

That is really sad. I always was impressed with Chris Farley's seeming fearlessness and apparent sense of humor about himself.

That is sad about Chris Farley, who would of imagined.

My fav SNL, "The Continental" Christopher Walken is a hoot!

Speaking of Will Farrell and Chevy Chase. Sometimes, I get tired of over kill, of one actor in one movie after the next. Will, had a run there.

Chevy, just holds his own place in comedy movies, imo.

Who, I really miss is John Candy.

I keep hearing that "Taken" is quite the flick. With a home entertainment center down upstairs, and a blue-ray player down in my cave, I haven't had the chance to view it. Without a spoiler, is it worth the rental?

Saw it last night with my son. Not worth the rental wait for cable.

They'll be on it in no time. /blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Yeah John Candy was great and well liked in the business. I also miss Phil Hartman!

We just saw the new Terminator movie last weekend. It was pretty good and had a lot of one liners from the first two movies. I enjoyed it and I'm not a big Terminator fan. I won't spoil any more of it.

The week before we went and saw the new Star Trek movie. It was very good and I'm not a Trekkie so we were surprised. I love Karl Urban playing Bones. He nailed the part perfectly. I hope they keep the same people for another one.

Movies that my wife and I can't wait to come out:

The new Harry Potter movie

G.I. Joe (she was giddy seeing the trailer for some reason)

I can't think of others.

My favorite SNL skits were the Jeopardy ones. I love the interaction between Sean Connery and Alex Trebet.

Love those skits, too.

I think my all-time favorite SNL skit is NPR's Delicious Dish – Schweddy Balls.

This is a fave around the cyber canopy as well!

Not sure if I mentioned Rob Schneider as the Water Cooler Guy in my post of faves!

Is it true that only musical guest to do 3 songs on SNL was Eric Clapton? I remember the episode and he did the two normal spots but then instead of the cast at the end he came out and did a third song…I'm old enough to remember the Grateful Dead playing the show AND the Stones and don't recall either of them doing 3.

Just wondering.
