Gonna watch Up this weekend.

Very cute movie with a sad beginning. My daughter loved it and we still banter back and forth the "I hate squirrels" line.

Gonna watch Up this weekend.

I love that movie! I watched it with my 18 year old niece and her friend and we all just loved it. My husband thought it was sad, too, but the girls and I thought it was the sweetest thing ever.

Has anyone seen Paranormal Activity 2 yet? Is it worth watching? I liked the first one, if that makes any difference.

Ahh, PA2 was okay. When we went to see it there wasn't the crowd that we had when we watched the first one. The crowd makes the movie. I haven't watched them at home so I don't know if the experience is even close to the theatre.

PA2 was mediocre at best. Although it answers some questions left over from the first movie, it wasn't all that great. However, if you've seen the first one, this one would be worth watching, if only for the answers you get.

I agree, PA2 answered all the questions I didn't know I had after watching the first one.

Just saw The Season of the Witch with Nicolas Cage. A couple of good lines and decent costumes/ scenery but nothing to write home about. I give it a rating of "asi asi".

Saw Capote over the weekend, did anyone like this movie? I thought it was supposed to be good but I didn't like it all that much. I found it boring. Although, Philip Seymour Hoffman did a great job as Capote.

Also saw Easy A, thought that was pretty good.

And I really enjoyed The Social Network, it really makes Mark Zuckerberg look like an a-hole.

/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' /> I posted the same about Mark Zuckerberg.

I really like Emma Stone, Easy A was very witty humor.

It's been awhile since I watched Capote, wasn't bad. The other Capote film, Infamous, I thought was better.

Sandra Bullock was very good in this movie.

saw Grown Ups today, another stupid movie. I never have been a fan of Rob Schneider, but with all the good actors in this one, thought it'd be different. NOT!

I watched Up In The Air starring George Clooney and it made me love him again. He lost me awhile back with his ubercool Ocean's 11 and it's offspring but I forgive him now. He just needed to get that out of his system, I guess.

I've been told by some people that George resembles me. What do you all think?

RED was a fun movie, (really loved Helen Mirren's winter camouflage outfit). I heard Skyline stunk so I am glad I did not waste my money.

Monkette and I watched that last night and liked it!!! Helen Mirren's outfit was kinda neat and Monkette saw a bunch of weapons she'd like for Xmas! John Malkovich stole the show as Marvin, too funny! I'd give it 7 or 8 out of 10 nanners!

Hooray, so glad you both liked it! I think there will be more in store for the RED crew. I definitely agree that John Malkovich was a hoot!

It was based on a priest from (of all places) right here in San Francisco…interesting interview on a couple of different fronts.
