I'd like to see Avatar but I'm afraid this is a kid's movie, based on those Japanimation cartoons no?

That's exactly what I'm afraid of, although I know another Avatar movie, called The Last Airbender, is coming out soon too. That one I know is based on the cartoons. I'm not sure about this Avatar though.

It looks pretty interesting though.

Imagine there's no heaven, it's easy if you try.

That which is unchallenged and exercised as habit rapidly becomes ritual.

When this occurs, dissent becomes an object of surprise, if not resentment.

It does look interesting, but I'd feel better if it had an R rating.

So, MK decided this was National Treasure Day in celebration of our recent acquisition of a High Definition TV, and a Blu-ray Player.

Went and got National Treasure 1 and 2 on Blu-ray at Best Buy. So far I have suffered through the first one. I just hope I can make it through number two.

I don't know though, I may have to fain illness. /unsure.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Suffer through them? Both movies are fun and entertaining!

Why, you told me just yesterday you couldn't wait for National Treasure 3 and 4 to be released! /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Laugh' />

Wow really? I thought they were excellent. Being a bit of a history buff and having spent alot of time in both DC and Philly made me appreciate it even more. Unrealistic but fun.

As far as Nicolas Cage goes this is not his usual steaming hot coil of colon soft serve he's been offering up lately. But I must confess his Lee Press on Hair IS getting a little ridiculous, he should go to Matthew McConahey's hair doctor.

The truth comes out Sith, he loves Nicolas Cage.

I wonder if he'll still love him after he finds out how deeply in debt he is. I thought I heard last week he may in debt to the tune of 20 Million, can anyone confirm that. He went on a spending spree buying palatial estates AND castles in Europe. Perhaps the Rogaine shampoo is effecting him negatively.

As a southern friend of mine used to say….OMG how completely Appalachian of you!

Have fun and enjoy you two. Love Blu-ray, it's great isn't it. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

The last two Batmans are just the best on Blu-ray.

Dark Night is the best, love it!

Symp, Blueray is simply awesome!

We still have to watch Dark Night on it though.

Did anyone see Horsemen? We're going to watch it in a few minutes.

No, I have not seen the Horsemen. I did read the jacket, and it sounded interesting. If you watch, please let me know if I should. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

My BB visit on Tuesday, was going to be the Horsemen.

I got State of Play, I thought it was one of the better movies I've watched.

Also, I liked Wolverine. But, I've never watched the X men movies.

My husband likes the X men movies, but didn't like Wolverine, go figure. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

We watched Ghosts of Girlfriends Past which was actually a lot funnier than we thought it would be.

Orphan was talked about in the "stupid movie" thread. We started Hills Run Red. Lots of "nekkid chests", and lots of gore to come…. Typical B-rated horror flick which might end up in a comment on the other thread after we finish it.

Well, Horsemen wasn't the best movie ever. The main problem I had involved the plotline, mostly where it went toward the end.

It was better than Orphan and Drag Me to Hell though. LOL

I still haven't seen State of Play. Loved Wolverwine.
