I saw this advertised and it didn't seem worth the time. We all know I'm a skeptic anyway, but I just can't get into it.

The frauds have pretty much killed my interest. When a medium is on tv I can't help but think, it's a career move.

I haven't heard of this show, but am interested in checking it out. In my opinion, most people claiming to be mediums are just fakes or delusional. But I do believe that there are some people who have this gift/ability.

Loyd Auerbach who was one of the guests on PUG Radio was on there as well with one of the mediums he uses in his investigations (they talked about the USS Hornet). Another segment of the show was about the real life medium (Allison DuBois) which was made into a tv show called Medium with that Patricia Arquette actress. It also talked about how upstate New York was a real hub back in the day and how it is still a draw for folks wanting to connect with their loved ones that had passed. The most interesting was the part of the show that talked about psychic mediums being used to help solve crimes and find missing persons. Those folks that do that kind of work are really amazing. If they are not paid and they actually use their gifts to help people then that is a wonderful thing. They must have to endure some pretty terrifying and graphic dreams and images in order to do that kind of work. I think if I had images like that running thru my brain I would have PTSD for sure! They talked with many different types of psychic mediums from the ones that sell tickets to come to their "shows" to the ones that only do it because it helps people.

I'll look for it now. I believe that it's possible to be a medium but at the same time I believe most of the people who claim to be mediums are fakes. Hopefully we'll see some genuine ones on this show.
