i liked Brotherhood of the Wolf. French movie. Then two movies from Russia called Nightwatch and Daywatch. The story was good. Brotherhood was good, good fight scenes and it told the story of the beast of Gevaudan. Always down for a movie based on legend or folklore

that was pretty good, Michael Oher was a little upset at how they portrayed him as a complete rube, but when doesn't Hollywood take some artistic license? He's a good ballplayer and I was saddened recently when he suffered a knee injury when someone rolled over on him. Turned out it looked worse then it was and he was back in the lineup the next week.

Glad he is healed and ready to play. His life's story is remarkable enough without the gratuitous embellishments, very inspiring.

I didn't see anyone mention it here, but another movie I really love is 'the usual suspects'….

That was a GREAT movie. I first saw Kevin Spacey in an episode arc of Wise Guys. He was great!

Eh, I got nothin'

a couple of my fav old films are

'aresenic and old lace'

'how green was my valley'

'hunchback of notre dame' with charles laughton and maureen o'hara

I went through a phase where I only watched black and white movies and watched just about every Laurence Olivier film I could get my hands on. My favorite was Rebecca…movie and book. And then of course, Wuthering Heights.

Newer movies that I go back to from time to time include Lost in Translation and Mall Cop. Yes, Mall Cop. Hmmm, maybe I have a thing for older out of shape men. /laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

OMG, when he left the station and had no limp, I was flabbergasted! He is a good actor. I also liked him in Shipping News and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.

Guess I did not understand how the "spoiler" insert button worked, ha, ha! If you don't want to know how the Usual Suspects ends, don't read any further.

**********spoiler alert************.

When he left the station and he no longer limped, I was flabbergasted! I also liked him in Shipping News and Midnight in the Garden ofGood and Evil.

Hee, hee Mother was right, it's important to leave a little to the imagination.

Less really is more.

M Night's Devil wasn't too bad.

One of his better movies, and the visual on Philly is always nice.

I actually remember him from St. Elsewhere…great googly moogly am I old, it also troubles me to admit that I remember Kate Jackson from Dark Shadows as my older sisters used to watch it when I was a mere sprout.

Not to worry, I too was a regular viewer of Dark Shadows (I think we watched after school while waiting for Mum to get home from work), then I followed Kate as she moved on and up into primetime. I was a faithful Charlie's Angels fan. Also, being from MA, we loved St. Elsewhere- David Morse has also become a great actor. You are not old, you are vintage!

Chad and I finally watched Inception, and OMG, I love this movie.

We disagree on what the ending meant though.

SPOILER BELOW

I believe the top was just about to topple over, and Chad thinks it was still a dream.

TOTALLY!!!, We never get to see if it toppled or not! Pretty awesome movie. One of my favorite scenes was when the van was going over the side of the bridge. I think that Ellen Page did great job and Leo never disappoints. I'm glad you guys finally got to see it.
