This is an odd one, but I can watch the movie 'Duel' with Dennis Weaver, over and over.

I liked Soldier too although it did not do well /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

lol I don't remember it being advertised when it came out, but found it later. I think sometimes a movie's failure is completely the fault of the marketing dept. Same with some shows that get canceled before you even hear of them.

Duel….isn't that the one where Dennis Weaver is being chased by a semi?

Man, I haven't seen that one forever.

I'm trying to think of movies that aren't that high profile.

One that comes to mind is Memphis Belle. I was pleasantly surprised by that movie.

I think your right, at the same token sometimes the marketing dept. goes overboard and some movies are promoted so much by the time it comes out, you don't want to see it….too much over exposure.

Oh, definitely. Or, when they use the only good parts of the film in the previews. I remember when they were advertising the movie My Girl like an all out comedy and then when people watched it, not so funny.

Isn't the Duel Steven Speilberg's first movie?

A Knight's Tale is great. It is the only movie that my wife and I fell in love with 30 seconds into it.
