I bought my flat screen a couple/three years or so after my 46 inch rear projection RCA finaly crapped out after like 18 or 20 years or so.
Anyway…did anyone see the last episode? Or the season?

So I signed up for hbo because of true blood coming back on and i was psyched because I noticed that they have all the game of thrones in hbo on demand….but because I'm not doing regular hbo minus a specially priced package, I'd have to pay ala carte for any episodes I want to watch…needless to say I was furious because I blocked off a bunch of time this weekend to watch the danged thing too…not happy, but do like the new deal I'm getting from Comcast…I get HBO & Starz (or encore forget which) plus 60 more channels for an extra $10 a month for a year AND I can cancel at any time without a svc charge.

Great. I have to call my cable company (Cablevision) They ususaly give some free offers to the customers, like HBO Showtime etc on demand for free for a month or so. I did that once then I canceled it.

I have HBO but not HBO On Demand. On Demand is a an additional pay service for my cable company.

It's weird, but at my old place we had hbo and the on demand was just part of the subscription…not sure what the difference was exactly.

I actually just started reading these books and i just finished with the 3rd noe last night and it is by far one of my favorites series. Its a bit hard to keep up with all the characters but the plot is really well built and things happen that surprise you in a way that most other books dont due to it not being steryotipical but very original, worth the read if u ask me.
