There appears to be an issue with uploading Avatars. Currently, it appears that the bulletin board is only accepting avatars from a photo share link like Photo Bucket, not direct download. Use the "Direct Link" option from photobucket and paste in the Avatar form.

Thanks & sorry – IPBB (our forum) seems to have some issues that they haven't yet resolved in the newest release of their forum software, and this is one of them.
