I think objects can be just as haunted as a location or a building. After all a building is made up of numerous objects. Same thing as a graveyard. Our body is just an object with a lot of emotional ties in it. An argument could be made about just anything. It could just take one object with personal attachment to become haunted once the living person has passed.

Ryan,

Good explanation – if one thing can be haunted in this physical world – then anything can be haunted.

Theories only at this point but it could be anything from being a certain type of material or having to be something personal. Who knows, it could be something no one has thought of yet.

The hope Diamond is suppose to be cursed, some people even blame it for the U.S.'s economic downfall. (I don't) I don't know if that counts as a 'haunted object' though.

Whoever said 'nothing is impossible' never tried nailing Jell-o to a tree.

If that were the case couldn't money itself be haunted with all the energy and devotion that

is utilized in it's pursuit? I have seen "Lucky" dollars and "Lucky" flipping quarters. Imagine attaching

your energy to a semi-precious slug of metal. Sounds more like a sentence than a reward.

And yet, I find attaching luck to the detached foot of a bunny that has been dyed green and is now a keychain a far more disturbing image.

Key West is just full of interesting stories of the weird and paranormal — it's a lot like New Orleans that way.

Here is one my favorite Key West tales.

That was a disturbing story. /ohmy.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Maybe it is a psychic imprint of some kind?

Loyd Auerbach stated in an upcoming podcast that he believes spirits have psychic abilities. By extension that also means we have psychic abilities.

Now, if a large group of people believe something is haunted, or cursed in the case of the Hope Diamond, would this attach some sort of energy to that object, which would in essence carry out the desires of those individuals who believe that the object is haunted, or cursed? Maybe there has to be a certain amount of individuals believing in such for an object to become haunted.

I think there might also be a connection with psychic abilities and the Greek Daemons, but that is a whole other subject.

My laptop seems hauntingly slow. There seems to be a plethora of adware. How did that get there? Who's been surfing porn? I'm outraged!

A major plus. Sometimes she suggest things.

"Mr. Dawkins, I don't understand this equation, can you help me?"

Crossed shapely legs in plaid skirt.

"Of course!"
