Wellllll…….we're featuring a doozy in our May issue and podcast. Ask JD about it – we learned to not mock the box. /unsure.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> Stay tuned!

By the way – know of any cool haunted objects we could write about? Let us know!

Okay – so by now, you may have listened to the Dibbuk box podcast. The article will be out in just a few days. I'm interested in people's take on this. When I first saw it, my first thought was urban legend. So that was how I approached it in research. Then, talking with Jason – he comes across to me as quite credible. So I dunno – like everything else, I'm on the fence.

JD has definitely been the most skeptical of the box, and yet he's had some things happen (including during the podcast, when we were told something might happen). Power of suggestion? Confirmatory bias? Something to it?

Let's talk.

We need to experiment.

Catalog the next 24 hours (without mocking the box, maybe even show the box some respect) and see how the day progresses.

Then, after that period is up, mock the box … I mean, really give it a good mocking. Then we'll see if anything "not so good" happens during the next 24 hours.

Who's with me? /unsure.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

Oh, I know, Dawkins can do it! /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Oh, and I love this topic Karen. I've read about haunted dolls, and haunted beds, and haunted mirrors. We need an article on this in the magazine.

The story about the Dibbuk Box was fascinating to me. I want to keep it for a week, but I don't want to keep it for a week. Know what I mean? lol

"Mocking the Box" sounds vaguely dirty.

MK's bed is haunted! /ohmy.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

No, really. She says it shakes at night for no reason. Of course this happened before I got here, so I haven't had the opportunity of experiencing the "shaking bed". I think there must be a logical explanation for it, but never having experienced it, I can't say for sure. Maybe MK can go into further detail about it.

Ooooh! Now I'm scared. /unsure.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I was trying not to go THERE.

And yes. I do (But, that's definitely not paranormal). 'Nuff said.

I know that there are certain items that I have a special connection to. Maybe somehow some of my energy interacts with some of the energy from the object? Say, my wedding rings. When my granddaughter inherits my rings…my rings are haunted and she won't wear them?

I don't know guys…Not that it doesn't happen, but it has never happened to me. I'd have to see it to believe it!

My piano is interesting for me. When I sit and play it (it is a 100+ year old Weber parlor grand), I get flashes of people I don't know….like the piano has some energy embedded in it of its past lives or homes. Or, it's my imagination. I adore my piano.

There is the Creepy, Creepy, Creepy doll in the house in Key West. I will have to research to find the name of the place now.
