In this case my group did an old hotel which was partly renovated into a restaurant. We were called because of odd happenings reported by the staff. The owner did not believe in ghosts or that anything was wrong but since the staff kept bothering him with these occurrences he thought to have it checked out.

What you will see in the video is a clip taken out of the evenings recordings. The staff reported that this electric panel box would open when they walked by and called the spirits name. They called the spirit Eddie. We don't know who began calling it Eddie or why.

This panel box is on an outside wall. The back of it is inaccessible from the outside. Now (with permission) 3 years later I am posting it for peoples enjoyment and reactions. I make no claims other than I cannot explain what happens when the spirits name is asked to open the box. We have not experienced it again but we have an open invitation to go back. However, we have waited since the owner has been renovating one floor into his living quarters but we will be going back.
