I also see someone lying at the woman's feet (the left – her right).
I think we've been definitely conditioned to look for Marian apparitions. But it could just as easily be an angel – or a woman in a burka.
I also see a figure at the feet of the standing figure. It looks like the standing figure is looking down at the figure at its feet. The standing figure definitely seems to be holding something, a baby maybe or an animal.
Whatever this is, it's very cool.
