Monk, you always have dreamy dinners!

I am having waffles with lots of real butter, coffee with half and half.

It's still early, all I'm having is some OJ. It's pretty good too.

Imagine there's no heaven, it's easy if you try.

That which is unchallenged and exercised as habit rapidly becomes ritual.

When this occurs, dissent becomes an object of surprise, if not resentment.

Well, I can't take credit for these dinners…I CAN make these things but don't have the time to cook like that anymore. Monkette and I belong to this program that actually prepares the meals for us. We pick them up twice a week and all we have to do is nuke 'em and go. As they don't advertise here I won't give them a free plug, but would be more then happy to give you the 411 on the company in PM! I've been on this thing for almost 2 months now and the results are incredible. To the point that my Doctor is thinking of halfing ALL my meds (blood pressure, diabetes, etc). The food tastes really good and they offer all sorts of options, again I'd be more then happy to pass on the info.

For lunch today, I'm going to have a salmon/mango burger on multi grain roll w/low sodium v-8 and small bag of healthy chips!!

Monk
